Way too high priced for the pen you are forced to live in. Felt like I was living on the set of COPS: Tempe. Police were out there at least 39 times a day. If it wasn't chasing kids out of the pool, it was breaking up domestic disputes. I've never seen with as many full blown shouting arguments as this. The upstairs neighbors stayed up all night jumping on a trampoline. Doing laundry there was unbearable, the stench is overpowering. I finally stopped when a load of whites got stolen. The pool is filthy, it'd be cleaner swimming in the toilet. At least talking to the passed bums in the parking lot was fun!!
