I had nothing but a terrible experience here. First, they didn't do a good job of cleaning the apt. before I moved in because it reeked of old cigarette smoke. The laundry facilities are terrible. If you are lucky to get a machine, it probably doesn't work. Once the machine took my money and didn't work. When I went to the office, they reluctantly gave me my money back. I told them that the laundry rooms were always full and they told me that I would have to do my laundry at other times - it's a 24 hour facility. This is not the place to be doing laundry at 10pm. Lots of crime and drug activity going on. My friend had the gas siphoned out of his SUV one night. The management was very unaccomodating - no customer service skills at all. Everytime I went to the office, they were sitting at their desks putting makeup on. Be careful when giving notice. You cannot give notice early (not even a day)! I could not wait to get out of here. What a dump.
