I didnt have any real problems here. The parking was somewhat to be desired as the assinged spot was nowhere near my apartment, but there was enough uncovered around my place to take its place. Had a problem with the air conditioner in the summer. Maintenance came the next day to add freon which only lasted about a month and they had to come back again. No problems with people stealing clothes or break ins. No problems with the managers either. I have had other friends that have lived there and they have not had any real problems either. They even let me and my roommate turn in our 30 day notice late.
