Villagio is great value for the money. The owner recently upgraded the property and the rents have remained low. The clubhouse was completely remodeled and now has a business center and a huge plasma TV. They even have a fenced in mini soccer field and a full court basketball area. Everything was repainted and it looks really good. The management has really improved over the past year. The office staff is very helpful. The maintenance staff keep the grounds very clean. They have security patrol and the property is gated. I would rent at Villagio.
