moved in to an apartment that nothing works and the pool has been green for 3 weeks now' I asked the maintenance guy and he said that they have to add a chemical, no kidding sherlock, call a pool company. Im thinking I should not have moved here.

This is the absolute worst place to live, they will even lie to try and evict you. I would try to get out of my lease if I were you.

From the Owner: You have every right to be upset about the pool. I am just as upset because green pools are simply not acceptable. I hope you will accept my personal apology for this inconvenience. The Villagio pools get a lot of use and unfortunately turn green from time to time. To turn it back to blue, chemicals must be added. Unfortunately the chemicals take a few days to take effect. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience. I have spoken to maintenance and they know to watch the pool closer.
