On a recent Friday afternoon, I called maintenance with 3 problems:
A problem with a ceiling fan
Leaky kitchen faucet
Problem with Bathroom sink.

The maintenance staff responded quickly to my requests. With in an hour 3 maintenance people were working on fixing my problems.

The fan and faucet were fixed in about an hour. The next day, Saturday, a contractor arrived to repair the bathroom sink. The sink turned out to be beyond repair. The first thing Monday someone arrived to replace the sink.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the service.
