This place is horrible! Listen to an actual resident versus a member of the front office staff writing a review about themselves. This place is always noisy, there are hoodlums that walk the property, scary -------- that stand outside their apartments and watch you. I have had nothing but problems since I've lived here. Currently I'm up at 1am sitting here with no ac, even though the mantinence staff says I have a brand new air conditioning unit. The Maintenance staff has no idea what they re doing and the front office staff my be nice but they can't seem to get anything done in a timely manner.

Not only that, but the office manager is a racist. She thinks anyone with a tan is automatically a "hispanic" and she will do whatever she can to get any persons resembling a latino evicted. This is part of their business model; get people into a lease, keep them around for a while then falsely accuse them of something, evict them, keep their deposit and charge them for breaking a lease. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FAKE KINDNESS, THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN THE END.

hey badassredskin I am a hispanic living in the community and I haven't experience this problem yet. what they should really focus on is the roach infestion problem

I have yet to see this at all. The only thing is sometimes around the yard areas it smells horrible, like the trash can hasn't been changed. Our AC unit works but is kind of weak, but I don't think that the office manager is a racist... I see a crap ton of Hispanic people around, so either a lot of white guys have Hispanic friends or you are full of BS.
