Huge Roach Problem

When I first reserved my apartment I had chosen an un-upgraded apartment, which was fine for me as I was looking to save a little money. The Friday evening that I came to get my keys to the new apartment and sign the papers they had told me that they had to change my apartment because the orignal apartment I was supposed to move into was unavailable. They stated that someone should have called me but I had never receive a call or a voice message. That was extrememly frustrating at the time because I had to switch all my utilities and services to the new aparment after having already done so for the apartment that I was supposed to get. I was willing to overlook that problem but the day after I had moved into the apartment I discovered that I had a roach problem. I have been living here for six months now and I still have the problem. I am not a dirty person and in fact I am more clean now than I have ever been. When I have asked the office to please set me up on a monthly spray I have been told numerous times that I have to just call then when I want them to come and spray the apartment. I now have to deal with the roaches because they do not properly treat the building as they should as I know that I am not the source of this problem. Every month I am forced to clean out every cabinet and move the refrigerator and stove to clean behind to ensure that the roaches have no reason to thrive off of my apartment. I have asked the office if there is anything they can do and all they state is that they can spray or fog my apartment when I feel necessary. Just spraying my apartment will not rid this building of the roaches as they are thriving off of someone else's apartment in this building. To say the least this is extrememly disgusting and I am very uncomofortable in living and eating in my own apartment because of this.

I also moved here last month and notice there is a roach problem. yesterday there was someone blasting all it's music for about 1-2 hours in the afternoon, but I think I can handle that. I haven't called the office yet, due to thinking all they are going to do is just adding the gel bait to all my apartment. I have pets so I don't want my dogs eating that gel, and if they only spray, I don't know where to put the dogs.I too am a very clean person, I hate having to look around and see if there are any roaches. it seems the maintenance did treat the building, but after a day or two roaches started to appear again. I am starting to wish I could go back to where I used to live
