I moved into the villagio last year and so far, it hasn't been to bad. Honestly, my only grudge against the place is lack of laundry places and the pet "fee" you don't get back at the end.

For the laundry...you have designated laundry rooms that are advertised as 24 hours in the newsletter, they aren't and if you don't get your laundry out by 9 pm, you won't get it back until whenever the laundry rooms are opened the next day. Also, each room has 5 washer/dryer units each, sometimes they are broken, other times I found someone put feces into the dryers (nice huh') and you get people who take up about 2-3 washers each and when you go down with a load of laundry, you get told to bad by other residents and to go try the next one even further down which I might add is not accessible by car, it must be walked to. Also, unless you're in a designated apartment building, you can't get a washer/dryer in your apartment.

Also, the pet fee they charge is non-refundable which I find rather silly, especially if you take good care of your apartment and the pets in it.

Otherwise, the place isn't bad. Granted we have a lot of idiot neighbors who have kids running around screaming outside your door or blasting rap music at all hours of the night. All the office staff is great and are always there to listen otherwise. All of our maitenence calls have always been answered.

Once in awhile if it's a lower item on the list to fix like a microwave, it will take awhile to get replaced and you need to keep on them about it or else nothing will get done.

As for parking...never had an issue but my car did recently get egged which I was pretty mad about and also you have people jumping over the fence from the apartment complex next door so please make sure to lock your car doors and leave no valuables in the car or you probably won't have it the next day.

Also, as someone else said, the "gym" they have here looks like it's equipment left behind from other apartments that's just stuck in a hot room. Most of it's broken/really old and I'd rather spend the money I'm paying in rent now for it at a real gym.
