First of all let me tell all of you how excited I was to move into this apartment. I was shown a couple diff models and loved the 2 bdrm 1 bath. Now you couldn't pay me to stay at this place and go through all the things I've been going through for the last month! Rent is super cheap but it's not worth it. First we moved in and it wasn't the apartment that I had reserved. As i'm sure you've read other reviews this seems to happen a lot. We were shown a model which had HUGE, beautiful counter space, wooden floors, medicine cabinet in the bathroom, a microwave etc. The one we got had a carpeted kitchen, no cabinets or space in the bathroom to put any toiletries not even a towel hanger! There is NO counter top space in the kitchen. I still do not have a microwave either!

I've been very patient and we've called or gone down to the office and talked to someone in the staff almost everyday. Literally!!! We've even spoken to Carol a few times at corporate. It wasn't until then that things started to get done. We did get a hardwood floor put into the kitchen but the guy didn't finish and he said he'd be back tomorrow, this was over a week ago, he hasn't been back. We got a hold of Dave in maintenence and he said Tuesday when he called me that he can "guarantee" the painting and microwave wiring would be done by the end of the week. IT's NOT! They ordered the mircrowave and it's been sitting in the office since last friday. We did get a towel hanger but no cabinet or space for toiletries, I went out and bought a shelf. I'm so fed up with this place it's ridiculous. If I could find a new place to live and break my lease without paying a fee, even tho i just paid over $100 for a moving truck I'd move again in a heart beat!

Also, people who don't even live here are always around, just hanging out. Our neighbors there totally dealing drugs. I thought this place had some type of surveillance, oh wait they do he rides by on a bike and doesn't say anything. It's just funny to me how on villagio website it says professional staff and top notch maintence. Can someone tell me where i can find this so i'm not so frustrated!
