Don't get me wrong the staff is pretty nice though they can be extremely unprofessional. The problem here is this place is really kind of ghetto. As much as reviews on here say a safe environment. It's not, at all. Just the other night there was a huge fight on the third floor railing where we living. People where throwing beer bottles at each other and some chick was screaming and crying. They smashed into out door repeatedly and if we hadn't had a lock they would have tumble right into our living room. The police eventually showed up and everyone ran. There always seems to be shady people here at night too. The noise level here sucks, it's always loud no matter what you do. We lived over looking the pool area, there are people in there every night screaming until one in the morning at times. :/
Our neighbors blare music so loud that their knocker vibrates up and down. We called on them a few times but I'm guessing management stopped caring after a while. The parking kind of sucks if you have more than one person living her because it's assigned parking. Nothing too bad though.
In any case I wouldn't recommend it here, though it's not the worse place ever.

I don't bother calling the office about neighbors. I've called the cops a few times because we had some wonderful neighbors move in across from us and they would have parties on mon/tues nights until 1 am.

@Orthiad: Don't you just hate that? They should have part of the complex sectioned off for partiers, but put all the people who actually like sleeping on the other side of the neighborhood or something. I know the feeling on the neighbors partying on mon/tues, so at least your not alone. Though I highly doubt that's comforting lol. In any case I wish you the best of luck, sorry this place pretty much sucks. :]

This is America in the office, I would like for both of you to stop and let me know which residents are being noisy after hours. We are working on trying to correct this behavior and if you allow me to take care of your problems I will make sure I address it accordingly.

WOW how authoritative! America as if you've ever helped before, I have called the front office and complained about my upstairs nieghbors so many times I lost count, Ive called the police nothing seems to work! I just want out!!!!!

It takes forever to get anything fixed and everything is broken - we just moved in and almost a month later we still do not have a working washer and dryer - it took 3 wks. to get a working microwave.
