I live on the ground floor and I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. This complex is very noisy. There are kids playing in the parking lot way after dark and traffic is heavy at all times. Cars are broken into often and sometimes stolen. The air conditioning and hot water are turned off often without notice. The office staff is always changing and maintenance service is poor. Things don't get fixed the first time and require several visits. I wouldn't recommend this community as a secure living space especially for the amount of rent they charge.
