Roaches, Bad management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I lived here as it was very close to University. It sucks!!!!!
The apartments are infested with roaches. There is no Air cooling till it is very hot ie. May. No Air cooling in Arizona climate' Not a safe place. As most are students, it is very noisey.
