All the reviewers who rated negative have already pointed out the negatives of this complex. I am no different either. Dont think the apartment complex has ANY positives.... unfortunately newly moving students dont read the reviews over here.... the part i disliked the most was the abundance of roaches.... if you are a fear factor material, then your dinner is pre paid with your monthly rents... :)). Also had my car vandalized completely and made me lose nearly 2k in repairs.

PS: forget getting back your deposit completely when you move out.... the management have strict move out rules that they expect sheraton or hilton level cleanliness when you move out. time they understand that the people residing there are student and not janitors by profession.
