Its very interesting to see how different peoples experiences can be so varied. Personally, I was on the 3rd floor on a corner. I never saw one insect in the entire year that I was there which was wonderful. When I had a maintenance problem the staff fixed it quickly. The only issue I had was someone hitting my car in the middle of the night leaving me with a nice anonymous dent in the morning. Other than that, I felt safe, which is rare in the Tempe area.
