I'm a current renter in University Crossroads.
The only positive thing about this place is that it is very close from ASU.
But dont be fooled by the "Utilities included" thing... They really are stealing your money... It's an old crappy building on which you have to the carpet clean everymonth because molds come out all the time... Or maybe it is the roaches that live under there... who knows'
I pay $725 a month for a one bedroom... My lease ends this month, and I cant wait to move out of here!!! I just spent the whole summer with a crappy, broken A/C!!!
Plus the Management team is just the worst ^&%$@%* people i ever met...
However, the maintenance team is cool.
If you considered to move in there, just DON'T!!!
If you live in there... I feel your pain...
