The location of this place is good, but the the service is poor. When I first came to Tempe, AZ, I spent about two weeks moving from a place to another waiting my apartment to be ready. Everyday they say it will be ready tomorrow. Then they gave me a temporary apartment which was with a bad air conditioner and the crouches were everywhere. Don't recommend it.

I completely agree. We filled out all the paperwork, and they said a few days... We went back days later and still no progress. They said they were waiting on something from me, that I had provided them with the first day.
