Everything bad about this horrific place:

1. There are roaches EVERYWHERE.
2. The receptionists barely speak English and look like they were high school dropouts. There are completely incompetent at their little jobs. If you were to ask a question they automatically assume that they are right and that everything you say is wrong.
3. Random inspections all the time. They seem to always want to look into your place so they can charge you for something that you didnt do.
4. They have all of these tricks to try to get you to move into your place. When I first moved in they showed me an apartment with furniture and said it would be cleared out. BUT when move in day hit everything was still there. They hadn't even touched it, the floor was messy, the toilet was dirty, and the carpet had not even been vacuumed. When i asked them why nothing was done they said that they have waived the security deposit and that it was my responsibility and they had nothing to do with the cleaning.
5. When I put my 30 notice in they had decided that wanted to an inspection on my apartment three times in that last month looking for something they could charge me for before I left. Once I even got locked out of my own apartment because they locked the door when I went to go check my mail.
6. The pool is always dirty GREEN even! The people that clean the pool dont even do a decent job. They just brush the top. For the first three months of summer they didnt have one of the pools working, and it was sooo gross.
7. Parking. The only thing that this place is good for is to steal free parking. Since they dont have designated parking areas everyone parks wherever they want to even if they dont live here so finding a parking spot is not likely during the school months.
8. The people. The people living here are as ghetto as can be. They have like six people to a one bedroom apartment and often make lots of noise. If your a cute girl dont live here or you might be raped.

Overall, dont live here unless your so poor you cant afford a better place. My advice take out a loan its better than getting raped.

I totally agree. The people that run this place are not cool. My wife and I cleaned our apartment and they still took $500 of our security deposit when we moved out. They also failed to notify us in 14 business days what our refund would be, and thus violated Tempe Law. They say they sent a letter, but we never got it. They also never listen to anything you say, are slow to fix anything (our thermostat was broken for 8 months... The AC was either on or off, you had to do it manually)
