We have lived here the year 2003. The current apartment name is University Palms.



Good things:



Near to ASU campus.



covered parkings



New and clean inside facilities and fixtures although the quality is not good. Blinds are hard to operate and easy to fall. The sinks and pipes are leaking - no matter where, in the kithen, and the two bathrooms and cannot be fixed after four trials. Air conditioning is very cool. Compared with other nearby apartments around ASU campus, this is still the best with not very high price.





Bad things:



They changed owner and managers since July. The new manager is rude and very unfriendly. We miss the previous manager.



You have to pay electricity.



The community safety is a big concern. The apartment is isolated. The left and right are big deserted bare earth.



We lost three bicycles here (in just one year, including one that was locked in our balcony). Recently, our nextdoor neighbor was hurt(stabbed) by intruders. Our neighbors? homes were broken into. We believe other residents have the same concerns. People are moving out this apartment. The parking lots become more and more empty recently.




It is very noisy during weekend due to parties.
