I have lived here for the last two years (2002-2004)and i plan to move out this may as my lease expires. Here are my pros and cons. This is my honest opinion.

Pros :

Apartment is new . Indoor is good with all new equipment. AC is very quiet and efficient. Good value for many. Residents are quiet. No parties at all.Nice pool and harldy a few use.

Good for students who want to live close to school.

Cons:

1.Management is very arrogant. They are very hard to talk to , even on the phone.
2. Very rude with rent.
3. They cut all the trees around the apartment a few days ago.
4. Manager is available only for a few hours on tue, wed and thurs. Good luck is you try to call them!
5. Roach problem and the managemtn took more than a month to solve the issue. I had to call them 3 times ( to the answering machine) and NO call back!
6. Dos Gringos Crowd have started parking in the complex during the weekend. It's hell. My friends don't find parking space if they want to visit. Management has not done anything so far!
7. Oh, if you have more clothes, bedroom closets are very small.
