The management is never available to help the residents even during regular office hours and in case of an emergency you cannot rely on them to help you. There is no permanent maintenance guy so things never get fixed on time. If you have a problem, expect to wait two weeks before it is fixed. If you call them to ask when it will be done their response is always that they cannot tell because it is not up to them.
Personnel are rude and unhelpful and very unprofessional. They do not know how to communicate well with tenants.
Nearby bar causes others to park in the parking lot so when you come home, there is no parking available for your car.
Poor Security.

This is a good place to live IF you will never have maintenance requests and IF you will never have to deal with the management.
