I've been living here now for over two years and can provide an update to the reviews that have been made about this place. Two years ago, yes maintenance was a nightmare to get a hold of. Now there is a guy there pretty much all the time and he's great to talk to as well. The new manager is a younger guy and also very easy to deal with, definitely a "people-person". The apartments are pretty spacious compared to the price and other places around campus and it's alway a plus that you can walk to campus and on weekends to a few bars so you don't have to worry about drunk driving.
CONS
Only problems i had are the parking and laundry. It's kind of a pain going to the laundry room and finding that some of the machines are broken or dont dry all the way. As for parking... Dos Gringos is a nightmare because people park there and take all the spots. Also it's not gated so a few cars have been broken into.
Other than that its a pretty good place for a student...i'd definitely recommend it to anybody.
