Moved into this place three years ago. Was drawn to the fairly cheap rent and relative location close to ASU. As described by some of the other reviews, the parking here is a joke. You can expect to have a hard time finding any parking, due to the bar crowds taking any available space that find as their own (due to dos gringos, ----- house, maloney's, and four peaks being within walking distance). management has changed hands a few different times since I have initially moved in, and yes they are ridiculously hard to get a hold of and pretty much refuse to address any tenant concerns. Crime around the surrounding area is very prevalent. I know at least four other individuals (along with me) who have had their vehicles stolen out of the parking lot overnight. It is not unusual to hear gunshots going off in the surrounding neighborhoods, nor to see vagrants digging in the apartment complex's dumpsters. Roaches are also a huge problem. They scurry throughout the apartments like ants around an ant hill. Can't say I would ever set foot in the place once my lease is up.....
