Just signed a new lease and will probably do the same for my final year, next year.
Close to school but not a party place as you might assume. Management dilligent in thier efforts to maintain sense of community. a true place to call home. They throw complex parties so you get to know other residents.
Manager is very understanding should you need to be late with rent or have problems with roomates, etc. You can always talk with him if you have a problem.
Grounds look like a park and sitting outside on nice nights is easy as there are several areas to be with your friends instead of having to stay in your room.
Safety is not an issue as with everyone getting to know thier neighbors, you always have a friend to count on.
No problems with bugs, or noisey trains like some of my friends do at thier apartments.
