I've lived at these apartments for almost 2 years now. Overall, the experience has been good. The apts manager is a cool guy, who listens if you have an issue, and will make sure issues are cleared up as soon as possible. He definitely takes customer service seriously. This is the safest complex in the area. He works very hard to keep the place safe, clean, and quiet.

This place has a great location near ASU, however the neighborhood is not so great. The nearby apartments have huge amounts of crime and can be rather noisy.

The buildings are older, but well maintained. Had a few cockroaches, but the manager took care of the issue right away. The appliances are older, but work, except for the dishwasher. The carpet needs replaced. But otherwise, the floorplan is nice. Great place for students to rent. Management is cat friendly!

We won't be renewing our lease, but that is only due to location and the need for more space. Great experience and would recommend it to others that want to live by ASU and not deal with huge amounts of noise or crime.
Wish we could move and take the management with us!
