Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1997
I lived in University PLace apartments circa 1995-96 and testified in a winning case which attempted to evict my neighboring resident. The resident was not evicted and the case was closed- or so I thought! Then on my credit report I received a civil judgement from Univ. Properties which seriously damaged my credit report (was unable to get a loan for grad school). I was a model tenent who paid on time and just showed up in court to testify on the neighbor's. Behold now they secretly got me back- I am contemplating legal action and want others to be advised- may seem ok now, but don't take the risk - rent elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!
