Very nice, but small

The last apartment I lived in was so caught up in beaucracy that it was so nice coming to University Gardens. (Same management as place). They fix things fairly quickly - the stove that was in the apartment when we moved in was broken and they got us a new one the next day. Office Staff is typically friendly and helpful, pool is cleaned three times a week. Apartments can come furnished for free. The only thing is that the floor plans are fairly small.
The people next to us throw parties but if we shut the window we can usually barely hear them.
