Yes they use a pretty girl(s), the furniture is junk at best, the ac keeps the temp from going above 95 but doesn't do much to cool you. In my years living there my neighbors included meth and heroin dealers, and large groups of street kids living in a single bdrm places. you never know what or who you'll find outside your door on a weekend night. Puke on your door, syringes on the stairs, police with their weapons drawn looking for your neighbor.... the one benefit of this place is that you become street smart very quick with all the shady characters you come into contact with.
