Even my place is better than this one and the only reason it's at 22% right now is because to many people like to whine and complain about little things - things that are obviously written in the lease or that are bound to happen to one apartment or another.

Anyway, when I first moved to AZ, this was my first residence. I chose it for the included utilites and furniture. I was a nice looking place; though you couldn't tell just by looking at it. Then, the first thing I know, after moving into 120 degree weather, my electricity shuts off. 100 degress at night and I'm sitting in my unit without light or air and begin to cook inside. The plumbing always gets jammed if you're living downstairs, supposedly because of the people upstairs. I wasn't surprised by the amount of people partying considering it IS a college area. I have to agree with the comments made on the management though. They weren't all there and weren't very helpful. I got to know the maintenence guy very well, which by the way is not a very good thing.

The only good thing about these apartments are the furniture, although even that is an overstatement - my bed kept breaking on me.

Neighbors - which you can't help - are bad and management too - which you CAN help. Do not move here.
