used to be a great place to live. quiet, respectful neighbors, excellent management. come fall 07, it all went downhill from there. i had to put up with new neighbors that are seriously LOUD that i hardly could get any sleep. i slept in the library at ASU all semester because my neighbors couldnt keep his music/tv down. on top of that, there are some really rude neighbors who trash your laundry in the laundry room. and the guy who lives next to me ignores all the flyers clipped on his door and when he gets out of the apartment, he'd left them laying on the floor. one time, i slipped on one of the flyers and fell a couple flights from the stairs (tore my skin). i have had horrible living experience ever since the new neighbors (not to be racist) and their league of foreign friends (mostly india) started to live here.
