Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
While relatively cheap and very close to campus, the crime rate is not worth it. Both of my roomates have had their bikes stolen and vandalized on several occasions, there have been armed robberies, and strange men have followed us home and tried to get in to our apartment. The apartment staff has been indifferent and rude when we reported various problems. STAY AWAY from University Village Apartments!
