The rent is cheap here for a reason. They turn off the AC and leave it off to save money for months, even though it is commonly 95 degrees outside. Move here if you enjoy sweating profusely for months at a time.

The crime here is unbelievable. My roommates and I have had our bikes stolen or dismembered on multiple occasions. Cars get broken into frequently. The staff doesn't care at all, we even had a vagrant man living in our dumpster and breaking people's property for weeks.

The staff is incredibly rude and you can tell they are just trying to save money any way possible. They have laughed at me and my roommates when bringing up legitimate complaints, and have done nothing to fix any of the numerous problems with our apartment.

Do not move here.
