The rent is cheap but so is the service you receive when living there. I only lived there 3 months when everything started. The first level is sunken in 4 feet and a hot water pipe burst outside my bedroom window. The leak flowed down my wall and ito my bedroom. I contacted the maintenance but it took them 34 days to "fix"! Not even 2 months later it happened again...in the same exact location!!! I am moving out next weekend...and its only been 6 months total.
My car was broken into and all 4 windows were bashed out and my stereo taken. I have had strangers follow me home from Circle K.
The hot water NEVER works, making me take ice cold showers in the morning. Bug problems that the complex could not solve was the breaking point.
The Greenery is not a safe place for residents, there are no gates, the walls are paper thin creating drama with neighbors, the pool gates don't work and broken glass is found in every corner of the complex. With strangers following you home, I wouldn't send my daughter/son to live here if they attend school...even if it is cheap.
If you are thinking of moving into this complex, just remember that it is 30 years old with NO renovations. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
