The management are the most rude, unhelpful people I have ever encountered. More likely to hang up on you than try to resolve any problems. And believe me, there will be problems. These decrepit apartments are falling down around you, tile peels up in every room, carpet looks like a crime scene, roaches everywhere. The dependability of utilities is awful too. I've been without electricity, hot water, cold water, air conditioning, heat, you name it and you'll go without. Several months ago a valve on my kitchen sink broke and it took two months for management to eliminate the growing lake in my dining room. I had to get the city of Tempe to step in and threaten, because I meant nothing to them. Run as fast as you can.
