the tenants were always pretty good, everyone else you encounter in the "hood" is questionable. Decent size apt. with old but ok aplliances and fixtures. Large window exposing entire apt always bothered me. Decent office staff/maitenence. Somewhat noisy late at night, parking lot noise and air traffic. Quite a few officers lived in the complex so it felt quite safe for it's location. Gang(red bandanna idiots) met in parking lot across the street frequently.
