I lived in this apartment complex for 1 year about 2 years ago. I had my truck damaged 3 times by these damn thugs living in the complex. My first night in my new apartment i am sleeping my room about 1AM and some dumbasses started fighting outside of my apartment. I woke up to a loud bang of my front window breaking. I walked to my living room thinking I'm being robbed but the dumbasses are still fighting in front of my apartment. After confronting them I found out they were my neihbors. The comlex is dirty and fool of very low income people. You save money on rent but it will cost you in the long run. I spent about $100 less per month then i could have paid at a decent place. It cost me about $2K in damages to my truck. So unless you are a very ghetto person and want to stay in the ghetto I would not recommend this apartment.
