I moved in here in July it was pretty hot and there where a few weeks when the chiller was out. The office staff was very accomidating and you could tell they felt bad and helpless, They offered to reimburse me for getting a window unit until the problem could be fixed. The hot water has been shut off several times which was a small inconvienance. The staff always tries to let us know in advance. I mean this place is like 34 years old there are bound to be issues. The new management company has been making tons of upgrades they gated in the community, repaved the parking lots, they put in brand new windows and are starting to paint the place. I have had problems but I can see that they are making an effort and things are starting to improve.
