I say that management lives in a decaying building because they live in the same apartments. The renovations would be non-existent if they weren't there; and if you look closely, more improvements are being done in the C building than any other. Many complaints have been logged to AIMCO & the BBB by residents about the various inconveniences, including the air conditioning being turned off from time to time. If you have a window unit (as these apt. directed us to buy when the cooler went out) you cannot put them on if the SINGLE UNIT air conditioner is "working". It is vital to have air conditioning in AZ, not a unit that is hardly working, right'! I've counted the fans that are placed around the 846 sq ft of my apartment and they've added up to 7 active fans. No one should have to do this! Their motto is "Simplify your life!" -well they haven't helped me in any area of my life one tiny bit. Not even a smile can be seen by anybody who works for "the greenery" or the new apt. name "versante". When a vehicle is broken into or stolen, it is not an issue to anybody but the victim and the police who is wondering "why the f*** is there a gate door if it's not going to be closed'" If you ask any of the single mothers (management) if anything can be done to alleviate this issue, here's a response that has been said and I quote "This is Arizona, it happens everyday." -Wow!!! So that makes it okay'! I would like to say that it's okay that her son shows girls how to sneak into a window, via his bedroom. The building is still experiencing that rather severe problem with roach infestation in all of the apt. that we associate with. We have heard from residents that have tried almost everything imaginable (low-toxic traps, sprays, etc.) to rid themselves of these pests. We replace our roach traps every 3 months and still have not completely eradicated the roaches. They can try and improve the complex but the people who manage and accommodate the place will ruin the time you have there, and there's no way to get that or your money back.
