I moved across the country a few years ago and have lived here the whole time. My oldest roommate has lived here for many years. The first apartment had cockroaches, water bugs and terrible neighbors. We were moved out of the first apartment due to mold damage (they management co. paid for movers). We moved out of the second apartment at our own expense because the management wanted to remodel it. The second apartment had a very small kitchen with little storage room and our toilet constantly clogged. We had minimal bug problems in the second apartment. Then every Friday and Saturday night our upstairs neighbors (1/2 the floor) would have parties until 3am slamming things on the floor (our ceiling). Also, in the first two apartments we were frequently harassed by various solicitors. During the apartment remodel our phone and internet lines were cut many times, the management company took Qwest s charges off our rent. Also, in the summer of 07 we had no a/c for two weeks. The management only offered a $40.00 reimbursement for portable a/c (they cost $200.00 and up), the refused to put residents up in a hotel. That is a violation of the landlord/tenant act of Arizona. Many news channels came out to publicize that we no a/c in the middle of the summer. Every apartment has their own a/c now, the utilities are cheap. We would also find old resident's who kept their pool keys that would come in late at night and have parties. Also, the pools and Jacuzzi have been remodeled a few times. However, resident's still leave dirty diapers and food in the pool and think it is a toilet. The remodeled laundry room is expensive. The community is gated but it only seemed to keep the undesirable resident's in. Also, there is an ungated part were people from the bus stop facing Priest can walk through the community. Our third apartment is bigger than first two, the tiled floors are cheap and an ugly light brown, the kitchen cabinets are clearly mean for the bathroom and our kitchen storage space is limited. We have not seen a cockroach or waterbug but have seen ants. We have one and 1/2 bathrooms, the 1/2 bathroom toilet frequently floods, the shower is either scalding hot or too cold and it has been fixed. There is a business center and small fitness center up at the leasing office building. We went to use the business center and the computers were down because someone had downloaded a virus onto to the network. This is also supposed to be a Wi-Fi community yet noone can get connected inside their apartments. The office staff changes every six months. When the gate went up it stopped parents from the school behind the community from using our parking lot. Also, when it rains there is excessive flooding in the front and back of the building. To get anything fixed you must call the office during the day to put in a work order request. Also, the rent has been raised for new residents and those that pay it are getting ripped off. If there wasn t a recession going on and my roommates could find full-time work then we wouldn t live here.

OK THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE BUT NOT BECAUSE OF THE ---------. I THINK THE WHITE AND BLACK PEOPLE THERE ARE EQUALLY RUDE.

Ok so when reading this it sounds like you like and hate them ... you had problems yet you also state they fixed them or attempted to do so...i was here when the air went down in 06 and it wasn't 2 weeks! How do you figure they could put up 240 apartmets in a hotel room and read your housing laws again ...as long as they are trying to do something about it they are doing what they can... i get tired of hearing whinning about this place it's been a big improvment better than it was 3 years ago thats for sure...the economy isn't that bad move next door or go look at the other places around here for the same price and tell me if the tile is nice and the color you want... as for calling the maintenance you can call 24/7 they have an answering service and the office gets the information faxed them so its there in the morning when they get i know because ive asked...do your homework ask questions and stop complaining about space buy a house and clutter it up ...your in an APARTMENT and from what your saying there's 3 of you ...as for the flooding the past few weeks when it rained my mommsse got flooded they lost electricity stuff happens its NATURE deal with it or move!!! seriously you don't live in a penthouse luxury suite your in an apartment ... as for your toilet sounds like you had the same issue everwhere you moved maybe just maybe its how and what you flush !!! If your having trouble with party people call the POLICE DUHHHHHH ...i suggest you re evaluate where you were and where you are now them lay down some serious complaints ... tile color what a joke...its better than fake tile you can peal off!!!

It's all true! And as far as the toilets, they try to make it seem like it's your fault that the toilet in the half bathroom floods over but they clearly have a problem that needs to be resolved. Replace the toilets or something!
