I lived here for 9 months and had to relocate out of state due to a death in the family. I loved living here, my apartment was the first place I've had all to myself and I'm really going to miss it. It went great with my retro/modern furniture. My neighbors were very nice, didn't know a lot of their names but was surprised to see old tenants come back to hang out. The manager went out of the way to help me when I first moved in, gave me free furniture, even a microwave that was left behind by another tenant. I hated giving him only 5 hours notice, but he was way more understanding than my girlfriend!

Regarding another rating on here, I'm pretty sure I lived next to you and can only say that not being renewed and eviction are 2 different things, I've been evicted before many years ago. Either way, there's probably a good reason it was done. I love the last line though!
