NOT Dog Friendly, Crime Zone

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
These folks keep changing the dog rules, which are impossible to keep. Dogs aren't allowed to walk anywhere except the teeny unfenced, filty dog area. Unreasonable, lazy management,lazy maintenance (outdoor lighting is always off) and criminal type renters.
