I have had a wonderful experience living here. I read the reviews that everyone has posted before me and I dont understand what the hell they are talking about! Managment is wonderful. The property manager trully cares for all the residents it seems and she and her staff seem to really do a great job. I have lived here for almost 3 years and have had no problems what so ever. Maintenance is great when something rarely breaks they are always right here that day to fix it.
The grounds are beautiful and it is so quiet and peaceful. You dont hear the traffic or the train they are so well insulated.
Utilities inculded really saves me so much money in the long run and there IS a thermostat in my apartment and I do have complete control over the amount of heat or air that I prefer.

"You dont hear the traffic or the train they are so well insulated." With the windows closed, locked, and fixed with thick draperies you will hear the train. If you live on the northern side of the complex it will be loud regardless. I would suggest positioning your room on the southern side. "...and there IS a thermostat in my apartment" There is, it's not the lack of control but the quality of the air and cooling that is in-adequate. The only plus side to this apt that I would agree with is a nice looking complex along with quick maintenance. However, a bum wrapped in a Gucci suit is still a bum.
