In case the subject line didn't deter you from moving here, allow me to try harder: I have lived here for approximately one year. For the past 7 months, my apartment has had a horrible roach infestation. Burns Pest Elimination (incompetent scumbags) has been to my apartment almost weekly and the management tends to dismiss me when I call them. This SLUM has recently undergone a management change (and of course none of the residents were notified), so the juvenile jerk they have running this place is letting it become more of a dump every day.

Positive notes: The landscaping was beautiful (until the new management took over) and the location is fairly convenient.

Negative notes: The trains go by about 6 times per day, ROACHES are waiting for you no matter how clean you keep your place, silverfish will be waiting if the roaches are taking a break, gigantic tarantulas can be found on the doors from time to time, loose dogs (who are clearly not within the 25 pound weight restriction) will jump on you if you're walking your dog (seriously, this has happened to me three times), second floor bathroom ceilings leak considerably during monsoon season, management will ignore your phone calls, the laundry room smells like the zoo and clothes/baskets are stolen constantly, the property lights go out frequently (another thing management ignores), staff turnover is so high you never know what kind of person you're going to be dealing with or whether or not they pass along your messages, the walls shake (who knows why, but it's annoying), water pressure in the shower is nonexistent, and the residents all seem to be low-class trashy young kids or elderly sty-dwellers.

Seriously...I've only lived here for one year. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've slept in my office more times than I would like to admit..
