I have lived her now for 10 years. I have never had any problems during this time. I have gone thru more office workers here durring this time, but no spiders, roaches or mold. My guess is that other person needs to learn how to clean.

No, actually. The roach problem originated from the room containing the swamp cooler. It's sweet how ignorant and self-righteous you are, though.
