Overall after living in this apartment for 12 monthsin the first week we encounter roachs countless times in the kitchen and bathroom....We even ask of neighorbors which were having the same issue. they even sent out a post saying they are having a problem with this which they had to perform extermination in all the units after living in for approxmently 2 months. The main office knew of this problem and each time a person would send a professional terminator for the issue it would not solve the problem. Including the unprofessionalism of the apartment manager. The community manager is a great person although i do not recommend talking to the apartment manager very rude person. I never lived in a place with these issues and now since i moved out i don't see these type of problem. Overall i bet the problem still in there..i do not recommend. Also....people are dumpster driving very late a night possbly bums....

Yes, some sewer roaches go in some apartments. I don't have any in mine but I know of one person's apartment that had the problem they moved out and now someone else just moved in the 2/2 apartment. The frustrating thing here also is you can't have anything on your patio, and there is no storage for your things. The apartments that get the direct sun light here in hot Arizona, can't have the sliding or hanging shades on their patio, no foil cardboard, or sheet's to keep the hot sun out or you will be in violation. No storing boxes on your patio, just plants and patio furniture is all they want on them. It looks nice when you obey, but you don't have room to store anything in your little cramped apartment. I guess it forces you to get rid of things your holding on to. Also the living room is long rectangular shape and not squared like most apartments are, so it's hard to arrange things especially if you have a couch and luv seat, stereo, or lots of living room things. The 2/2 living room is smaller than the one bedroom. Some people have left here because of mold in the vents that made them sick. But roaches I haven't seen a one in my unit and don't want to. Thank God. I haven't seen scorpians either here. Thank God again! Management is nice and works with you and maintenance gets things done within two days and the maintenance crew doesn't work on the weekends but management does.
