This place sucks!! I have crazy people living next to me who stinch of a thousand deaths. People play loud mexican music at all hours of the day. The walls are paper thin, i can sneeze and the room next door will say bless you. Maintenace is HORRIBLE you tell them to do something and it takes them two weeks to fix it plus all of the maintence workers dont speak english so when you try to tell them whats wrong they dont even know what your talking about. The price sounds good, but you cant put a dollar sign on peace of mind.

I feel your pain. When I lived there, the bastards tried to sue me over $18. I supposedly owed them from move-in, and no where in the finalized move-in sheet did it state anything about $18., and my receipts all added up. They harassed me. I actually have VIDEO of the maintenance man coming into my house and going through MY STUFF in my living room. I lived there 4 freaking years ago! If you move, beware of Sago Gardens up the street. Our roof was torn off in the monsoons last year, and they booted us out in the street and stole our deposit.
