lots of Crazy people, paper thin floors, something's always breaking and not fixed well, pain to get them to come fix things. Model is not the same layout, not remodled, cockroaches, NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BE, unless the only thing you care about is mowed lawn and trimmed bushes (they actually do that).
