Let me start off by saying that the Villas is the most horrrrrible place I have every lived in while attending ASU. The maintenence is simply horrible and is probably educated at a high school level. The constant party atmosphere is cool at first (coming from a party animal), but the constant noise and crimme is a real problem. By bike got stolen over 3 times in the 7 months i lived therre, doyourself a favor and move a little farther from the constant crime ridden community. I repeat, move to mesa glendale or a little farther away
