I've lived here for 3 years, and here is my evaluation for this apt...
Good Points:
- Location
(Close to Safeway, Osco, OfficeMax, etc..)
- Clean (I've never seen roaches)
- Storages (easy to organize stuffs)
Complaints:
- A/C often doesn't work well!
- Poor management(not professional)
- Poor maintnance
(they don't know how to fix problems)
- Noisy (sometimes)
- Pool/Spa are dirty.
- Laundry machines are often out of order
(bldg#1718, 1710 is ok.)
If you don't have a car, this apt is nice because of its location. Other than that, I recommend you to look for the better place to live.

The only complaint is 1709 bldg...I would never move into that bldg that is the problem building always has been
