If you are considering The Villas because it's close to ASU consider an extra 5 minute drive... My car was broken into twice during my 9 months at this hole, and I witnessed bikes being stolen by groups of -------- countless times. It was definately the worst experience i've ever had. No one wants to live there so I didn't have any noise problems, but still rating it poorly because of my hate of that apt. Had to sublease it out to get out of there.
